Internet of Things (IoT) is a theme that is increasingly present in our lives. Internet doesn’t longer connect only groups, but also people and objects. In the next decades, billions of intelligent devices are expected to be interconnected, interpreting information from their surroundings and interacting with the world. These technologies will allow the optimization of various aspects of daily life in areas such as health, transportation, agriculture and waste management.
Thinking about that, Samsung offers, in partnership with the Laboratório de Sistemas Integráveis (LSI-TEC), the ‘Code IoT’ platform, with programming, basic electronics, robotics and Android apps development courses. This initiative is part of the Tech Institute, Samsung’s program that offers opportunities for young people to obtain technical training through free courses and scholarships.
